Default Hotels in Cayman?

Part 1
Anyone can recommend the best hotel to stay at in Grand Cayman? I am going there with a friend of mine in March for three days or so. We are looking for somewhere nice and romantic, on the beachfront preferrably all inclusive so we dont have to worry about food. Also, as inexpensive as possible. I cant seem to find a nice affordable place online at all. We chose Grand Cayman because my friend is coming from Jamaica and that seems to be the cheapest flight she can get to another caribbean island.

Part 2
If anyone has a recommendation for any other island and is knowledgable of cheap airline fares and great hotels, let me know. Our first choice was the Dominican Republic but of course, no airline goes there from JA...

There is nothing inexpensive in the caymans...wait until you get a 10 dollar hamburger and if you get a condo you have to pay for the electricity....12 bucks for a water melon....60 bucks for a case of beer...

I would say home before I would go back....seriously

I understand vacations are expensive.....but.....get real...

How about Cancun. So many nice all-inclusive resorts. I would check these sites for air and resorts.

For air
http://www.bookingbuddy.com

For resorts and air
http://www.applevacations.com
http://www.funjet.com

Here's another one
http://www.sunsplashtours.com/about/Airlines.cgi

Air Jamaica goes to Barbados, St Lucia, Antigua, Bonaire,Curacao and Cuba

Air Jamaica goes to Miami. Maybe you can get a connecting flight to Dominican Republic. Try all the airline sites.

good luck)

I lived on Grand Cayman for 3 years. Nothing's cheap, and there are no decent all inclusive options. This is my favorite place: http://www.turtlenestinn.com. The site says it all... small enough you have the beach to yourself. Good luck!
