Default What to do?

What is there to do in the Caribbean? Of course you go to take in the sun and relax and vacation. But what attractions are there that are great to see?

The beaches are the main attraction I think. Some of those white sand beaches and crystal clear waters are the best I've seen.

As an avid scuba diver, the best attractions of the Caribbean for me lie under water. There is so much to see with numerous wrecks, outrageous coral and sea life, and amazing visibility. And the year-round warm weather is a tremendous plus .

I am afraid there is not much under than sun and beach. For people who preferred "activity-based" vacations, I do not recommend holidaying in the Caribbean.

You can go to bars and hang out in American restaurants like Pizza Hut, McDonald. It's funny how people in the Caribbean use folks and knives to eat hamburger.

To me, the Caribbean is a just domestic playground for Amercians to unwind a the beach and the bars. There is no blockbuster attractions at all and I guess the main attraction is the cruise ship itself

I just visited there for once only but it was a short tour. I had great time at Curacao Island with my friends. We did boating scuba diving and had a relaxation tour away from all noises. Now after reading your post i am thinking to plan a visit there once again during my next summer vocations. What you say could it be a good time for me to take all advantages of that fabulous place?????

Mario, I also get a chance to explore the beauty of Curacao Island about few months ago after my nyc to durham bus trip with my friends. It is a beautiful Caribbean island that is located in the southern Caribbean Sea. It is also a well known holiday destination of this state. This region is rich in natural beauty and an ideal place to enjoy a lot of adventures activities.

It is great news for me. I never visited Curacao Island in the past. It is a new and unknown place for me. After reading your experience, I am thinking to go there on my next tour. Can you tell me which will be the best time to go there and what kind of activities I can enjoy there?
